Explore expanded consciousness, holistic health, and nature-based practices for integration
In this retreat, we invite you to slow down and join us for a remarkable week of expanded states of awareness with Holotropic Breathwork®, shamanic journeys, and guided sound meditations, balanced with timeless naturopathic wisdom, and
mindful time in nature.
Holotropic Breathwork® or “moving toward wholeness” allows for self-exploration and healing through a deep inner process to uncover unconscious material. With eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the
music in the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing potential of the breather, or inner healer, which guides the experience. We will create a safe space and our team are all highly- trained and experienced Holotropic Breathwork® facilitators
We will also explore core naturopathic principles: the healing power of nature and how the body can heal itself when the root cause of health symptoms are treated and not suppressed. Dr. Tom will curate naturopathic talks and group discussions based on his holistic practice using an intuitive and functional approach to whole body care. He will share important strategies and solutions for
a healthy microbiome; nutrition and diet trends; neuroplasticity and brain health; adrenal stress; and pain and inflammation.
In this retreat, you will experience:
Four Holotropic Breathwork® sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter)
Naturopathic teachings and group health discussions
Guided sound meditations & Shamanic journeys
Mindfulness & Nature-based practices
Movie Yoga
Embodied Movement/Dance Celebration
You will leave with valuable tools and naturopathic pearls
to take charge of your health and live a happy and integrated life
Whether you are new to Holotropic Breathwork or highly experienced, this workshop can help you reconnect with your own inner healing wisdom. This workshop is open to new or experienced breathers or anyone interested in experiencing Holotropic Breathwork. You are invited to join us to experience the remarkable healing potential and therapeutic benefits of Holotropic Breathwork®, a powerful breathwork practice that allows for self-exploration and healing.
