Dr. Laurane McGlynn, clinical director of the practice, received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA.


Dr. McGlynn's advanced education also includes a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and Human Services and a Master's Degree in Child and Adolescent Therapy. In addition, she has earned certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Body-Centered Psychotherapy and Holotropic Breathwork.  In 2021, Dr. McGlynn completed training in Mind/Body medicine from Harvard Medical School. She is currently enrolled in an advanced certification program in Functional Medicine. 


For the past 25 years, Dr. McGlynn has been collaborating with medical and naturopathic doctors and holistic practitioners  to provide a mind/body centered psychotherapeutic approach to working with physical and psychological issues. She has achieved success in helping individuals enhance their ability to cope with chronic pain, medical illness, anxiety and panic, GI distress, depression, sleep disturbances, fatigue, high blood pressure and headaches.​



Indra Kalena

Licensed Massage Therapist

Indra is a licensed Massage Therapist whospecializes in Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Lymphatic, Cranio-sacral, and energy work. She is passionate about dance, travel, nature, yoga, spirituality, and health. With her passion for health, Indra continuously pursues knowledge to enhance her practice and to share with clients on their own wellness journeys. Using a combination of techniques she tailors each massage to the individual for their maximum benefit and enjoyment.  Indra is available by referral and has offices in Bethlehem and Allentown. She also offers house calls.

Tom Francescott, ND is a naturopathic doctor and visionary teacher who blends natural healing wisdom, modern science, mindfulness, and modern consciousness studies to help people transform their lives.

Hannah Nour received her training at The Juilliard School in New York City. For the past 25 years, she has been  leading and supporting women on their journey of healing and empowerment through dance and movement.  Hannah Nour is an encouraging and intuitive healer and teacher, using dance and yoga as a catalyst to facilitate healing of the mind, body, and spirit. She guides each student in gentle, creative movement modalities to access  their unique voice and feminine power to unveil the magnificence within!

Katie Mac
Licensed Massage Therapist


Katie is a compassionate, intuitive and gifted healer and a PA Licensed Massage Therapist.  She received her training at the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy.  Katie has special concentration and additional training in:  Active Isolated Stretching, Myofascial Release,  Deep Tissue Massage, Pre- Natal Massage, Orthopedic Massage,  Pain Management, and Trigger Point Therapy. Katie is available by referral and offers massage in our offices and can also provide in-home massage therapy.



Dr. McGlynn specializes in working with individuals with mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, chronic medical illness and cancer. She combines her clinical training with years of study in breathwork, mindfulness-based approaches to treatment, meditation and relaxation techniques. Dr. McGlynn has extensive experience in group therapy and working with young adults in a university  setting  for over 15 years at Lehigh University , Rutgers University, Kutztown Unversity and Rowan University Counseling Centers.  For the past five years, Dr. McGlynn has been working as an adjunct professor of psychology at both the undergraduate and graduate level, teaching courses in General Psychology, Group Psychotherapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. 


Dr. McGlynn has earned licensure as a pscyhologist in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Her work is heart-centered, compassionate, intuitive and empowering.
