Nestled in the beautiful Pocono mountains, Kirkridge Retreat Center offers a peaceful setting

for deep transformation and healing.

Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful experiential breathing process that allows for deep self-exploration and healing. Holotropic Breathwork provides an opportunity to work on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationships and life transitions.

With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of awareness. This state activates the natural inner healing process of the breather, which guides the experience. Breathers work in pairs and are fully supported by both their partner and the facilitators in the room.

Cost:   Private Room - $495       Shared Room - $455 - Price includes weekend workshop, two nights of housing and 5 meals  and snacks. Additional rooms are available the night before the workshop on August 23rd for an additional cost.
