Holotropic Breathwork and
Family Constellation Workshop:
A Journey of Healing
Explore the healing potential of Holotropic Breathwork, nature,
sound and family constellation work and a rare opportunity to attend an
in-person workshop with our special guest Sarah Peyton, a neuroscience, family constellation and resonance teacher, educator and author.
Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health
West Stockbridge, MA
https://kripalu.org/experiences/holotropic-breathwork-and-family-constellation-journey-healing
We invite you to join us to experience the remarkable healing potential and therapeutic benefits of
Holotropic Breathwork®. Holotropic Breathwork™ a powerful breathwork practice that allows for
self-exploration and healing. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath
and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness. This state activates the natural
inner healing potential of the breather which guides the experience.
In this workshop we will also explore how Family Constellation work can help heal intergenerational trauma. Constellations are a 3-dimensional, experiential, body-centered, participatory exploration of how trauma and past pain can live in individuals and entire family systems and how to untangle it.
We create a safe and supportive setting with highly trained and experienced Holotropic Breathwork facilitators. In this immersive double breathwork workshop, each person will experience four Holotropic Breathwork® sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter), two group family constellation sessions, a session on personal and collective trauma, sound healing session, nature-based practices, mask making, movie yoga, creating art altars in nature and an evening community fire gathering and healing ritual.
This workshop can help you reconnect with your own inner healing wisdom and
learn about the latest developments in neuroscience, trauma treatment, and the
power of empathy as an effective healing method that rewires our brain and
restores our capacity for self-love, emotional regulation, and well-being.
Facilitated by Dr. Laurane McGlynn and Vera Hanakova
